About

SMU Constitutional Law and Criminal Justice Club

SMU’s Constitutional and Criminal Justice Club (CCJC) is a student-led initiative dedicated to fostering critical engagement with Singapore’s legal and justice systems. Through thought-provoking discussions, research, and outreach, the club seeks to deepen understanding of constitutional principles and criminal law in both theory and practice.

JC Dialogues

Members work with Junior Colleges and pre-university institutions to deliver mini-seminars on introductory Constitutional or Criminal Law topics.

Criminal and Constitutional Talks

CCJC brings in distinguished speakers and hosts to conduct talks and dialogue sessions for SMU students. These talks dovetail with the Criminal Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law syllabus, building on what is taught in lessons.

Project Reignite

A project that aims to help the youths-at-risk community, Project Reignite focuses on empowering youths with essential legal knowledge such as knowledge of cyberbullying and drug-related offences.
